With 15 years of experience in Digital Education, Sandra likes to see herself as a F@cilitator of change and improvement. In 2012, Sandra embraced another challenge and carry out a complete reform of the SIS IT infrastructure and assisted with the digitalization of all services: retirement of legacy network infrastructure, implementation of WLAN access across the campus to support a mobile way of working, retirement of legacy application servers and migration to Cloud Services - GAFE, including the launch of a 1on1 laptop program. Sandra believes this disruptive transformation has been immensely successful due to the continuous technology integration and is a strongly advocate that technology, in an educational environment, not only better reflects student's life outside the classroom, but also allows them to refine their digital skills in a way that will continue to be valuable throughout their adult life.
